        Booked in for a tyre, virtually ignored in reception, then when I was seen, he looked on the computer for a good 5min and walked off. When the other gentleman got off the phone, he said I was waiting for a tyre! So sat down and waited over an hour, then was asked to move the vehicle.... 10min later was told I could not have the tyre (leasing company not authorised) but I had booked it in due to the AA only going a temporary fix at the side of the road. Told them this and 30min later I had a tyre..... Never getting my money.... And I'll try my best not to be sent here in the company vehicle again....

        Booked my car in for a free break check. Was told very thing was fine and there did not try conning me. One of a few honest and trustworthy garages around. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

        Middlesbrough branch - Sat nav for the post code sent me down a couple of back streets got there at 8:42 for a 8:30 MOT. Place didnt open till 8:30am and was told that they then couldnt fit me in for any slot during the day even though the website said I could book in for 12:30. Awful customer service, just for for that alone wont be back.
