Van fit have delivered an amazing service to turn what could have been a terrible experience into a excellent customer service journey. The racking itself is brilliant and hard wearing with minimal fitting required, delivery issues cropped up, through no fault of van fit my item was late, I waited in for the tracking info and by 1 PM I contacted to find where it was, I was unhappy to learn it wasn't out due to the delivery company's system error. However instead of having to wait, Eddie drove up and delivered my racking himself. These guys have gone above and beyond to ensure I received my item. Brilliant.

I used this company for the 1st time this week and I was extremely happy with the great service provided. All the guys who work there were extremely helpful and nothing was too much hassle. The finished product was to the highest standard and I have booked back in for next week to have more work completed. Thanks guys. I would highly recommend.
