        Just wanted a drink for my daughter, nothing more, the lady behind the counter was polite but said minimum spend 3. I said I didn't want to spend 3 and asked if they would reconsider this policy, they declined. Not serving someone because they won't spend the amount you want them to spend is ridiculous. Manager became overly aggressive when challenged and I was with my kid. If I could rate this business with a 0 I would. Maybe read some books on communication.

        Just been in there to get electric top up and the lady told she won't do it as she doesn't know how to use the machine. Shocking that, get staff that do know how to use it and don't be so rude to your customers!
