Great training provider, instructors really know their stuff and will make sure you're confident before taking you for your test, I was able to pass first time with them.

Renewed my CBT having previously done it with a training centre in hartlepool. Jo, my instructor, was very welcoming and a good sense of humour, she was extremely knowledgable as I expected.... but taught me a lot more than I had learned on my previous CBT course. Due to a no show there were no other learner riders on the day, so Jo, knowing I was planning on going for my big bike test this year, taught me some manoeuvres that I would need to learn. I found this extremely helpful and a great initiative. All staff and instructors were friendly. Great atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Edit I have been working for Keith and Mary for a few years now. I would like to take this opportunity to clarify a few points from a recent review. If you choose to blip blip blip the throttle whilst I am trying to instruct you, does not make me rude or unprofessional. If you decide to wander off whilst I am trying to explain the exercise that is being demonstrated and then claim you do not know what you are supposed to be doing, does not make me rude or unprofessional. If you ask me to explain what it is you are doing wrong and then jump in every time I try to speak, again does not make me rude or unprofessional. When you ask me to demonstrate an exercise that you said could not be achieved and then decide to talk to another student and claim you don't need to watch and listen as you know how to ride a bike, does not make me rude or unprofessional. A student stated your riding was dangerous, the other instructor stated you had listened to nothing he had said all day. Another student also stated that they backed my actions 100% as your behaviour was unacceptable and totally out of order. Stating you were going to slate us over social media because your demand for half your money back does not make us the bad guys. All your other issues are because you failed to listen to what was being explained to you. Opening your ears and listening before opening your mouth may have got you somewhere. I am only human, if you wish to be arrogant, I will only take so much behaviour for a certain amount of time. I will not go round in circles repeating myself an numerous occasions because you do not want to listen. I am most certainly not racist either. I found all the guys and Mary to be very friendly and professional. I have completed two CBT's, Mod 1 and failed Mod 2 due to my own stupidity and nerves. Mod 2 has been re-booked through Train To Ride with so much ease, it makes it a pleasure to go there. I did have a couple of problems with bike I was using. These were brought to the instructors attention and problems were fixed straight away. These bikes are constantly used 7 days a week so yes they may be a few minor problems but the guys can only deal with the problems if it brought to their attention straight away. I had a speedo cable problem whilst out training. I spoke to the instructor, when I went back in two days later everything was sorted. I now know why so many ex-trainees pop back in when passing for a chat and a cuppa. I am happy that I chose to do my training with these guys, would definitely recommend and already have a couple of times

The worst experience ever! The motorcycles are absolutely scrap! The yard were you practice riding its unbelievable rough and poor! The women instructor is the most rude and unprofessional staff Ive ever seen. You get one instructor that tells you something then one that tells you opposite, never felt more confused than today. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Ive come here the day that Ive passed my theory test and Ive explained that Ive just passed and what do I need to do before Ill be able to take my practical test, the answer Ive got: I dont know darl, you need to phone up Merry but only after 5pm(God knows why)! However after Ive phoned Ive got told that Ill need cbt, when I turned up to get the cbt done I was questioned by someone else whos in there why didnt I booked my mod 1 training coz thats what Ive supposed to do! All you get here its wasted time and money!!
