What a pleasure to meet such a happy, helpful lady who explained everything clearly and made sure we were totally happy before going ahead and booking our cruise.         Visited the branch today to book our annual holiday and was helped by Lizzie, I can not recommend her enough, she went above and beyond to try find us the best deal, nothing was too much and she didnt rush us at all, she provided us with many different options. I have to say this isnt the first time I have been helped by Lizzie and she never fails to impress us.
