        sad ! i only went in for the coal as i have done for over the last 6 years and this time for the fist time i was met with the most miserable person i have met! sorry but i think he must be the boss! not happy making money! should not be customer faceting! he had no communication skills at all sad but i will never use them again please do keep him away from customers
