        I called them up on the Thursday afternoon with a gearbox and motor that had shattered. I had no labels showing what the ratio of the gearbox was. Unfortunately I had to cut the box to bits to remove from the conveyor it was on. They told me to bring the pieces to them and they might be able to rebuild me a new one. I took the parts to them Friday morning. And within a couple of hours I had a new gearbox and motor which I fitted and got our plant back up and running. Excellent service, and prompt response. Really got us out of a pickle. Will definitely use again and would recommend them to others. Thank you again John
