        RED ALERT! HOUSE ALARM FAILED!!! Attacked and robbed by 4 masked men in our own home. Wife managed to escape and pressed panic alarm button. Call centre did NOT respond through 2 way intercom system. All our valuables taken including car. Do not use ACT RESPONSE LTD Middlesbrough formerly LOCKEDUP MONITORED SECURITY. Company refuse to accept responsibility! Don't be fooled by what they tell you! THIS SYSTEM IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE !
