        No delivery attempted but txt saying we missed you gave us a 033 number to ring that did nothing took all my details then hung up. Useless company

        Two days two messages saying we weren't in. No card was left, no one called at our home. Incredibly bad service. Live chat doesnt work, the phone lines tell you to rebook delivery, cant speak to a human, I dont even know how to contact my local depot 2 miles away to collect it. I will never use DX again.
