Absolute joke of a business. Had extensions put in by them for 120 fell out after 3 days when I complained they told me I slept wrong thats why they fell out. Laughable. Had extensions for years and never an issue until these. When at the shop complaining they told me if I dont leave they will call security no help at all! Jokers and unprofessional.

My daughter and I went to buy some clip in extensions, the girl that helped us wouldnt listen to a point I became annoyed. Trying to sell us a hair piece that was the totally different colour to my daughters hair, saying its fine it will look ombr even after telling her several times that we wanted a colour match. I found the colour match and she still went on and on about this other colour hair. When we finally got the hair we wanted and went to the till, the girl there obviously saw my annoyance woulndnt look at me and kept looking to the side of me with a strange grin on her face. I hope this is an isolated incident that doesnt happen again.
