        Frankly; not really worth the effort. Lived here for 2 years and spent months at a time without certain amenities. Took a month and a half to fix our boiler, took nearly 2 months to fix the internet when it went down. You're not likely to get your deposit back, and when you ask for transparency about whether or not it's going to be returned; they will get your bank details and then say nothing afterward. For what you get; it's not worth the price. Had a less annoying experience at Parkside Halls and those weren't private.

        The only upside is the price and location, know that there is no noise cancelling and the landlords are very bad at sorting out disputes, any issues will take ages to be cleaned up since there's only one person fixing thongs in the entire halls and that you'll likely find a surprise in the uncleaned toilet when you move in.
