Cant get through for appointments at 8am lines are full. Wrong medications sent to pharmacy after being told origional medications no longer available

The experience was very good. The doctor listened and was brilliant. They nurse was very good too.

Doesnt deserve any star ratings at all receptionist is abrupt and rude (Bernadette) I think the woman is called, very very rude she wants sacking

Wouldnt give it 1 star if it was an option, been a patient all my life and it is impossible to try and get an appointment waiting over an hour to get through then for the happy receptionist to tell me to call back tomorrow at 8 and do it all again (this being the second day of trying) no empathy shown at all remember patients ringing are not well and need medical assistance to be told to do it all again tomorrow not valued at all. even none emergency, can I make an appointment nothing available hang on I havent even said when. Well Im leaving I cant do this any longer waiting when I have young children who are clearly not a priority. All my family are part of this practice for many years and they are all slowly leaving. Only good thing about the practice is Dr Lau.

There are no Doctor working at this place, I haven't been able to see a Doctor or have a telephone appointment with a Doctor for the past 3 years. Worst GP paractice not only in Boro but in the whole northeast region.
