Food would be rated higher because it's always a decent tasty parmo , however,if you expect a hot parmo ,or even warm one ,or everything you ordered to turn up,forget it , couldn't tell you the last warm parmo we got ,always freezing cold now, it's because they flatten the chicken,so thin ,just to make it look big then pile a load of bech n cheese on to bulk it up
