Amazing service from both burts and partner delivery company, beautiful vinyl and carpets especially for the price! Delivery driver was fantastic :) Thankyou i would definitely recommend

Do not trust this seller. Very poor, carpet had been bashed around and folded, even had some black slime on it which has stained some of the joinery in my house. As Im sure most would do; I unrolled this large carpet when the carpet fitter arrived, unfortunately we found the product was tatty on the inside and had holes in it. I instructed them to fit the carpet anyway as they were onsite and I had paid for their time regardless - I couldnt see this piece of material being any use to Burts if returned (this would explain a lot!) so it seemed a no brainer. Burts offered no resolution. I now have a carpet with a big crease down the middle where it was folded, HOLES in several areas and Burts have stopped responding. Burts initial response was we cant do a lot since you have fitted it which is against our terms and conditions. Aside from that being ridiculous, I had acted reasonably in good faith ( not many domestic customers would have the space inside to unpackage a 20m squared piece of material, inspect it and package it back up suitably ready for a carpet fitter to attend ) I would argue that I was totally miss-sold an item which was not as described which infringes on my statutory rights . Unlike buying online from other vendors where they would also arrange a fitter it seems Burts are exploring their supply only position to lump the customer with defective goods. Im going to pursue this via alternate routes since Burts have stopped responding. On the outside chance their internal Communications have broken down perhaps theyll find the message here.
