Hardly anyone answer emails about returning rent deposits. Get passed from person to person, vacated our office well over a month ago just keep getting ignored. Beware if your thinking of renting from here

By far the worst office space in Boro, I was here for 12 month but decided to escape! The landlord is a greedy man... if you need an office your better off sitting in the bus station!

The building has been neglected and has seen much better days. From carpets to tiles there all old and worn. Tiles in the dirty old toilets are falling off the walls and the carpets are almost worn through. Pigeons are living in the roof above the car park as many panels have fallen off and not fixed / replaced. The Landlord does not reply to emails from tenants, we had to wait months for a reply and some are yet to be answered. The landlord also seems to think they can access your office with no notice. All in all the building is bad and the landlord is the same, we have no trust in the landlord and with very good reason. There is no flexibility or support, we asked today if a potential client could use the car park for 20 min but NO you can't, even tho there was 10 spare spaces, jobs worth staff poor office means If you're looking for new office space in Middlesbrough this is not the pace to be! (I could list many more issues but I think this is enough to make my point.
