        I have visited the Butterwick Hospice shop based at Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough to drop off donations several times in the last year and each time have met by staff at the door informing me that they are 'not accepting donations at the moment', despite the fact that i have already telephoned in advance to let staff know i will be bringing in donations that day. This has proved extremely frustrating and time consuming as i have not only gone to the trouble of sorting through and collecting good quality donations from family and friends to drop off at the shop in order to help this charity but i have walked a fair distance carrying boxes and bags only to be turned away as if i have done wrong. There are no signs up in the windows stating donations are not wanted. I find the majority of the staff working there to be extremely rude and stand offish and my family, friends and I will be donating my items to other charity shops in the future who i'm sure will be much more appreciative to receive them

        Very bad experience. Lady at the shop locked the shop from inside and said it is closed, it was not even 40clock. It is Wednesday today.
