        Goto the stand alone branch next to Costa as the customer service in the curry's branch is shocking. I've been treated better by nightclub bouncers.. No, seriously, some of the curry's carphone warehouse staff staff are rude and offe sive at best and idle and uninformed as standard.

        Seriously do not use this store, absolutely diabolical communication when it has come to trying to find out whether my phone is in the store and not only that it is also 4 days after they originally said it would be there. Have tried to ring the store 11 times today and not got through once. Could not recommend them less if I tried

        Whilst Currys is sometimes home to a rare decent bargain, the Customer Service in this particular store is terrible to say the least. Lazy, borderline surly staff who seem to be pained by the thought that they might be forced to do anything over the bare minimum of what could qualify as service. If you just want to buy something from a convenient online store then go to the Currys at Teesside Park. Yes, you're still giving your money to these jokers but the service there is marginally better. Personally, shopping experiences such as that which I encountered here is why I prefer to shop online.
