I recently booked an appointment to have my refrigeration trailer looked at for a Monday morning. After driving 30 miles to get there, sadly when I booked my appointment and left my details, the girl in the office did not tell me there was major roadworks in the area and the main access route had a 5 mile detour which was very slow. After arriving at a very scruffy industrial estate dead end with fly tipped rubbish all over, I went up a flight of steep stairs where there was a small scruffy office with 3 staff in. I explained why I was there, and was abruptly told 'your late all the engineers have gone you will have to come another day.' When I had been a little late I'm unsure why the staff could not of contacted me and asked if I was on my way, or even have told me to allow more time for the journey due to the detours. Not a business I would recommend, to which if you do go there I advise you lock your car, or leave someone with it.
