        Tried to locate this company all morrning as no caters turned up as no one on rota that as been sent and as usual no answer from the office girls who do the care are 1st class office and management need a good shake up. Before they loose all staff and service users !!!!!

        Office staff very efficient and did their jobs well, when I got hold of them that is, same can't be said for their staff. Utterly shambolic for the 12 days my mam had them in hence the 1 star
