    Order 255/050620/23 I initially purchased from this company on the 11th June and the order was down as processing for home delivery. After 14 days had passed there was still not update. I had no response via the company but did get an email response from director/ owner John Paul Rowe from their sister company Sethco door store. He was polite and informed me that the particular item should be in stock around 27th July. I was offered a refund at the time but refused as I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and I do actually want the furniture and to support a small company . I have sent 3 emails this week to no avail and I am still waiting for my furniture! John, could you please get in touch with an update or action a refund due to failure to provide goods. Update- I have recieved a helpful reply and the offer of a refund or to wait for my order

    If I could give this company no stars I would. Emails haven't been responded to (only once) since July 1st, I would not order from here again. I have emailed AGAIN this morning wanting a refund still no response!!!!!

    Well, first review ever written on Google congratulations on that. I ordered 2 items from this company almost 2 weeks ago. Tried to contact the company on 2 platforms several times to come to realise I am getting ignored and wasting my time. Originally I had a mix up with this company and the popular Roseland furniture store, dont get these two companies domain mixed up seeing as Roseland have somewhat good reviews and this place shouldn't be taking credit for that. The status of your order will be pending as soon as you pay for it and its turnout will stay the same, stuck in time. Eventually this will more than likely lead to a breach of the consumer act. I will say to all people willing to buy some furniture to pay that bit extra and get the customer service with it. Dont be fooled into getting into this predicament with discounted furniture, If it sounds too good to be true it most probably is. If anytime down the line you ever did receive anything from this company, whats the quality going to be like? There are discounts posted all over the site to reel you in, so ask yourself why. At this stage I have requested a refund from the company before a section 75 request. Under any current circumstances and a claim to be a small growing business this wouldn't affect communication and is therefore deemed unacceptable. Other competitors are operating as normal and furniture could be with you within 3 days. Don't waste time. UPDATE: 12 hours after this review, a refund was issued without reasoning and took 10-11 days to clear. Goods received elsewhere.

    Truly shocking customer service and communication!! Ordered and paid in full for a wardrobe back in July 2020 and after chasing due to no communication, was told delivery would be delayed and at the beginning of September. This date passed with no communication/explanation and chased again to be told beginning of October now which again never happened, and no communication either. Chased AGAIN and after numerous attempts finally got a response still giving no explanation as to where the wardrobe was. Have been promised a refund over a couple of weeks ago now and still waiting for it, with no response to any of my communications AGAIN?!

    The main issue with this company is communication. I bought a bookcase from them and then waited weeks for it to arrive, which under the current circumstances is understandable. But at no time did they reply to my enquiries. When the bookcase did arrive it had some dents and scratches. I photographed these and emailed the company for an exchange. No reply. Days passed, still no reply. I emailed and asked what was happening. No reply. Eventually I received an email saying that my email had gone in to spam, the retail equivalent of 'my dog ate my homework'. They apologised and said they would get back to me the following Monday. Surprisingly no email came. A few days later, no email. I emailed back telling them I would like to return the bookcase. No reply, a week later, no reply. I have now put the bookcase together and as it's behind a door you don't really notice the damage. If you are buying from this company, who seem to have pretty good Google reviews, just ask yourself, can I take the risk? I know I certainly never will again. UPDATE After posting this review Rowesland contacted me and offered a refund.
