Vapour Depot

Began with ordering vape juice 2 or 3 times and was spot on, really nice flavours but then I decided to get myself a new vape pen, Ordered extra refillable pods incase I burnt out the coil. Everything went smoothly from the transaction to the delivery. But when I received my new vape pen, the charging port was dodgy and would only charge if the charging wire was at a certain angle, tried different plugs and cables but didn't solve the issue, I then emailed hoping it woukd be replaced considering I'd only had it maybe 3 hours. I received an email back asking for pictures of the charging port? I was a bit confused as to what a picture of the charging port would prove? So I sent a picture and got an email back a couple days later saying it would be sent to the right department. I then waited another 3 or 4 days but had no reply. I emailed and got a reply a couple days later saying they were waiting for a return label from their manufacturer? Not heard anything since and that was over a month ago.. because of this I will not be buying any more liquids from this website and will take my money elsewhere! You lost yourself a future consistent customer! It's great if your buying liquids but if anything becomes faulty do not expect a replacement/refund or even to be contacted back.

I have place a order on web site on 25.11.22 looks like is been dispached on 28.11.22 But i havent recived my order yet ! I have sent them few emails But they didnt text me back !! Really disapointed i will give them 0 * if posible

I've tried many sites for vape products and this is by far my favourite. Great flavours (especially the Slice range), very competitive pricing and always really fast delivery.
