        Very poor service called the doctors as requested and waited 45mins and then was cut off it is an important call that I need to speak to someone this is why our nhs is in such a state

        What an absolute shambles this surgery! Need a sick note which takes 2 minutes..... On the phone for an 1hr 12 minutes yesterday and 1hour and 30 minutes to be told to ring back at 8:00am tomorrow. It's an absolute shambles, the fact that a sick note is a legal requirement as well. Utter joke!!

        Can't even explain how bad this surgery is. Can't get an appointment, don't get a call back. Was impressed once when I was referred to an out of hours surgery for bloods. The doctor called me an hour before to confirm the appointment for the blood test. Got to appointment and they wouldn't take bloods as doctor hadn't bothered to put the request on!! Words fail me, utter disgrace! 1 year down the line of being poorly and still not been able to see a face to face doctor here :(
