Very helpful . Check when it's open as it's closed some days. You don't need an appointment just call in . Plenty of advisers on so the wait is not to long .

Absolutely worthless, sat for over an hour just to be told they could not help us, all we wanted was advice on benefit applications, first they were going to immediately fob us off on another place then decided to inform us they couldn't even do that because we live just outside Middlesbrough council coverage, it's an absolute disgrace. Not to mention the blatant fire safety ignorance, the receptionist decided to lock the front, and only door, to prevent more people entering as they were massively under-staffed, and the staff themselves were incompetent, the advisor we were given had to keep leaving to re ask each of our questions with another advisor!!! It's pathetic that these people are trusted to give aid to people who are in situations beyond their control, and this is the best citizens advice can offer, NOTHING!
