im the past i have used this company 3 times in 18 months i treat people with respect & gratitude i am a single woman on my own unfortunately the driver of removalist van decided to walk out after 20 min on the job in the past i have always tipped each guy offered drinks . all i said could we please keep an eye on the time in a calm polite manner as one of the removalist was on the phone the whole time they walked out on the job left me stranded and all my belongings on the street i was so upset and i felt very vulnerable i rang andrew the boss he accused me of being the problem i was treated like dirt i could understand if i was rude or arrogant andrew has no respect or gratitude for loyal customers i would not recommend this company especially if your a woman on your own i dont believe that a strong male would have been treated this way as a man wouldnt put up with this unprofessional manner i am totally disgusted at the customer care it doesnt exist please all ladies avoid this removalist

I booked AD removals recently for 9:15 am. He must have forgot and after a couple of phone calls to him he eventually turned up at 11:30!!! I was not happy!! The lads loaded up the van, drove over to the storage unit and unloaded my stuff in an hour which I was happy with. They were polite and quick. Saying that I would not use them again.
