My Dad was admitted to Loxley Chase for rehabilitation after breaking his femur, as a qualified Nurse and Midwife firsty I was upset that my Dad had been put on the second floor considering his mobility was poor . The room was dirty , he was put in incontinance pads although he wasn't incontinant,, he had two showers in the seven weeks he was a resident! I asked if I could do his washing as his belongings went missing . A couple of the staff were caring and considerate but some in my opinion need training on how to treat patient as a individual ! All in all not a pleasant experience for my Dad or us as a family.

The staff at Loxley Chase are a wonderful team of caring people and we couldn't be happier with the way our mum is looked after and cared for.

A small and caring home where staff and residents can get to know each other. Staff are very supportive and caring. Any requests are met. Activities for those who want them and are able. Plenty of food and drinks.
