Useless, I went to S P Motors as my mechanic told me having diagnosed the problem on my Skoda as an injector circut fault (the injectors were working) to go and see a VAG auto electrician as it was probably the ECU. S P motors assured me it was an injector fault and recommend I replace all 4 at 110 pound each plus 150 labour, which I did. Turns out my mechanic was right, it wasn't the injectors and I'm 590 out of pocket. I didn't really want to pay for injectors that were working but having decided to do so in the end S P Motors couldn't do the work for two weeks. I had my mechanic do the work and the same fault still appeared on the diagnostic. Skoda said it was a faulty wire on the injector circuit which they fixed for 88 including diagnostic. I rang to give S P Motors the opportunity to do something, their idea of good customer service was just to repeat I'm not going to argue with you and if you had come to me I would have sorted something out. I was going to them at that point, they did not sort anything out.
