Arranged collection of Barker & Stonehouse bedroom set & coffee tables. The blokes who turned up wouldn't accept them as they had a couple of scratches on them. Absolutely outrageous. I'm really sure the people who are in need of furniture wouldn't turn these away. I smell a rat..... Who are they selling too. Won't be donating anything else to them.

I had arranged to have a 2 and 3 seater pick up which is in very good condition and only 6 years old so I thought but driver would not take it as he said it wasn't good enough what do they won't for free . I was so socked when he said this he said it was a bit faded on one arm of the 2 seater and had a small pluck the Size of a pea on it were a label had been it was clean so I thought so if your thinking about giving any furniture to this charity then make sure it's like new as they won't take it .

Made appointment for them to collect a 3 seater sofa and a chair they looked at it inside and said yeah ok to take, got it outside after a bit of a job the guy was arrogant and less than polite changed his mind no its not good enough, had to ask them to put it back but he wasnt suited, will never give anything again to this charity would rather take it to the tip
