        I would rate this 0 stars if i could. Terrible service from the manager named Deborah. Calling us theifs, saying we had stolen the coat we where trying to return as it had a hole in it. Unbelievable, never purchasing anything from this store again.

        So I would avoid this place at all costs, being called thief by the manager Deborah! Because they wouldnt return or swap the coat because it had a hole in it! Deborah is the manager and a rude one who will stop at no costs to shout at you and called you thiefs Also telling us to go home and bring the actually coat back Im sorry but how rude 38 for a coat that had a hole in it but wont return it! I only wanted to exchange it!

        Its a long time since I was in this area and I was surprised to see this Next had had a makeover. The store was very nice, clean and easy to move around between departments, easy to move around and find what I liked, Ill definitely be back. The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful.
