Booked a battery change for an old iPhone here as no nearby Apple Store. All done through Apple. Nice to have the reassurance it will be official parts. Service was friendly and efficient. Would use this again.

I made an appointment through Apple support to have more RAM added to my 3-year old Mac. From the first call and throughout the process, every member of staff I met was friendly, grounded and clear. They noticed that my Mac was running slowly (something I'd just put up with) and arranged for a full investigation at one of their service centres (note: I have Apple Care cover). Again the staff at the service centre gave me clear and reasonable advice. Fortunately there wasn't a hardware issue and by doing some basic tidying and removal of potentially problem software, my computer is now working perfectly. I was really impressed with how friendly the staff were and also how I felt that they were totally on my side in trying to solve the problem. They didn't use loads of jargon and between us, we came up with a plan that I felt confident and comfortable with. They also made it clear that I should return if I had further questions. This was a really excellent experience and I heartily recommend Select in Middlesbrough for support with Apple products. Many thanks to everyone there.

Just had a new battery put into my IPhone 12, only took the phone in yesterday, done a really good job, highly recommended.
