        My 12 year old daughter bought 2 tops which were priced up as 3.98 , got charged 18.00. Whilst questioning about this she was told it was the wrong price labelled up. My daughter ask for a refund straight away and was told no cash refunds I understand no cash refunds, but to be at the till asking for your money back whilst its been processed seems wrong.

        Such rude staff!My mum wanted to return an item and get her money back bc the size was wrong BUT they said only exchange or some card and my mum didn't like anything there and we both didn't know what to do with the card so my mum asked for a refund and an old lady who works there said "I JUST TOLD YOU THAT WE DONT DO REFUNDS ONLY EXCHANGE OR ............. CARD". IM SORRY BUT WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO? I AM NEVER COMING BACK TO UR STORE AGAIN TRY AND GET BETTER STAFF NO NEED FOR THEM TO SHOUT I DONT RECOMMEND!!!!!

        The staff are excellent, and extremely helpful, very attentive, so lovely and friendly, the clothes are excellent quality, most times I always find what I need, I just love this shop,cant wait for the winter stuff to come in. Kind regards, Mrs Karen Yiannakis.
