        I had a wonderful welcome from Tracy (Tracey) today at this jewellers on Linthorpe Road in Middlesbrough. She went out of her way to help me find the perfect cross and chain, to replace the one my nanna bought me when I was confirmed 44 years ago but very sadly lost. I was a bit emotional but she was so kind, caring and professional and treated me like a VIP. I would highly recommend this shop. What a lovely experience
