        AVOID! TERRIBLE! Cannot rate these guys low enough. Ordered an item which I never received. Constantly in touch with the company to sort it out, Weeks later still no further forward. No item and out of pocket paying for something I don't have. Terrible customer service with everyone I dealt with regarding the order. Many companies out there with the same brand list as Triads, I'd advise looking elseware before choosing them. All round worst shopping experience. Utter rubbish!

        Site to avoid, I ordered a product 4 months ago, this product arrived damaged... It's been 4 months since I contacted them without them finding a solution to my problem. Moreover it is very complicated to contact them, they answer once out of 5...

        AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Phone lines don't work. They do not reply to emails and have not paid out on return worth substantial amount, despite receiving the return over 2 weeks ago. Trading standards will now be involved.
