        Ordered and paid for handles, promised as in stock. Were never despatched despite promises, delivery promises missed emails unanswered Looked on google maps to see the business surprise surprise no sign of their business on street view! Scam company who lie! Reported to VISA for refund! Completely disagree with the reply posted following this review. Originally said items were stock. So why could they not be packed and despatched in a reasonable time frame. Then said DELIVERY would be 5 to 7 days( not despatch)! Then said items were ready for despatch but not despatched! So after 10 days this stock item was not despatched ! Really, shocking customer service!

        Ordered door handles in April & which are yet to appear or be refunded the 114 we paid. Keep getting fobbed off with please bear with us as we've been bought over. No-one answers emails. Phoned one day last week and was told we'd get a call straight back so phoned the next day and the lady who answered the phoned said she wasn't responsible for what happened yesterday! Not great customer service at all. They basically take your money and don't provide the goods or a refund. Going to contact trading standards and raise a complaint through them. Please avoid this company.

        We ordered handles from here which turned out to be out of stock. We made contact with the company who apologised and helped to arrange next day delivery of an alternative product. Though we were frustrated to start with, they did everything they could to sort the issue out.
