Would avoid this place all together if you intend to rent out a property. They found me a tenant and supposedly did all the reference checks. Every month the tenant paid late. I finally had to get bailiffs to evict them. Have an 82 page damage report. Turns out they were a family friend and could never have passed the referee checks

I bought a house in Middlesbrough through NS Estates in November 2022. Chrissi, in the sales team, was brilliant throughout the whole process. It wasnt the most straightforward purchase and took a lot longer than I would have liked, but this wasnt the fault of NS Estates. Chrissi made sure I was kept up to date on everything, and was constantly chasing the solicitors to make sure I was able to complete before my mortgage offer expired. We managed to complete with 2-days to spare, and I have no doubt that it wouldnt have happened without Chrissi! Thanks for everything - I would definitely recommend NS Estates and will be using them myself if I am looking to sell a property.

The whole team at NS lettings from start to finish were amazing. I would definitely recommend NS Lettings to anyone who wants to sell or rent out their property.

I was treated with discrimination and they said bad words about my original country, took my money and then changed the agreement and refused to refund it .
