Recently sold a property through Micheal Poole it turned out to be less than straight forward regarding small chain ! throughout the months of chaos that ensued though Victoria Wood was the one that kept us going through the process always answering the phone chasing solicitors that were appalling all of the time and keeping me sane her dedication to her clients was above and beyond what I expected .Amazing customer service Victoria . Thanks also to Tracy Bennett who on the day of completion went the extra mile for us too.

We dealt with Vicki Phelps at the Nunthorpe branch and although our sale didn't work out in the end she was absolutely amazing in dealing with our case. She was so professional and friendly and gave the absolute best advice; she honestly made such a stressful experience bearable and don't know what we would've done without her. She is an absolute angel and worth her weight in gold - Micheal Poole should be proud of her because she is a total credit to them!

Great service so far very quick efficient and always can get through to Michael Poole when ever I call up had bad experience with other agency's before. Just hopefully house sells now did a great job with photos and listing property up to now had viewings straight away also.
