Andy and his team recently landscaped our garden. They worked extremely hard, working with difficult ground. They went above and beyond what was agreed, and Andy stayed late on two occasions to complete the work on time. Andy revisited a couple of times after the work was completed to give us some tips and suggestions during the recent heatwave in 2022, to ensure we kept the plants healthy and advised how to reduce stress on the plants. We were extremely happy with the work and how Andy engaged with his contractors and staff. His staff and contractors, gave us suggestions to areas where they thought the garden would look better. Any additional work was priced verbally and in writing and the pricing quoted was the price we paid. We have also requested a quote for more work to replace the existing patio or to relay the existing patio.

No respect for staff speaks down or trys to belittle them especially when they go above and beyond for him. What type of employee does that Andy thats who!! I have visited your gardening centre on more than one occasion. You are correct you dont know me however as a paying customer previously I have heard your attitude on more than one occasion. Do not intend on returning

Small friendly garden centre , really good plants, if plant's are not at there best Andy will not sell them, very helpful advice, I have not used Andy for landscaping so cannot comment on that side of business.

Have tried to contact this gentleman/company on three occasions for a quote. Once via the Facebook page, once via email and on another occasion we left a telephone message. Not a single response. Tried the Contact us pages on the website but all were broken. I can understand if someone is very busy and is fully booked and thus there is a waiting time. That's great for him/the company. But its not very professional to ignore legitimate attempts by a customer to get someone in to do some work; and we were not time wasters. We'd already spent 1500 on tree removal and a new fence. (Indeed one of the contractors we contacted for the fence had the courtesy to call and say he would not be free until October - he obviously valued his customers.) Well, I am afraid Mr Andy has missed out, we were after a quote for the back garden but were so impressed with the quote we extended it to the front garden as well. I cant say how good the work Andy Landscape would have delivered, I am sure it would have been great - but perhaps being less rude might improve things. Doesn't take long to reply to an email now does it!
