        I used to have a very high opinion of this service until today when I called them for some advice and the lady on reception refused to even listen to me speak. She just kept talking over me and saying she couldnt take details of another person. I never once said I wanted to give her anybody elses details- I just wanted some basic advice so that I knew what I could do to support a relative. I feel completely let down by what used to be an excellent service for women. Perhaps they ought to let people speak and explain what they are calling for before making assumptions and cutting them off.
