Used them a few times in the past. Firstly, they're expensive, but if they do a good job thats fine. I've had one encounter in which an employee did something I found a bit sketchy but the outcome was what I wanted so I didn't raise it as an issue. Though a second sketchy encounter with one of the owners in which they wanted nearly 100 for a free consultation which was followed by being told I need an electrician and that there was nothing he could do. After receiving a surprise invoice and speaking to the manager I was disgusted in how I was spoken to when querying the price and asking for a breakdown. I wasn't given a breakdown but was told "don't pay I'll see you in court" also threatened me with my landlord which seemed really bizarre. To make matters worse within days I received a letter from a debt collection company even though my invoice payment date hadn't even been yet. Never found any staff to be unpleasant but this man was bordering on psychopathic at being asked for information i'd expect to be included on an invoice anyway. Safe to say when I sent them a letter stating what I'd previously tried to say on the phone they didn't follow up on their threats.

I needed a quick fix as my garage door was struggling to open in the cold months and a motor change was planned for the following afternoon. The team of 2 lads arrived as planned, changed the motor and when they left the garage was tidy and the door working perfectly. Thankfully Farrell Fabrications were recommended by a friend and I will also recommend Farrel Fabrications to anyone who asks.
