This place is a scam! I booked in for a pamper package for 2 for me and my mum for her Christmas present- I called repeatedly for a month, sent many messages to their messenger and emailed several times to book in. No response. Only once did they reply to my messenger after weeks from it originally being sent asking for my number so they could call me back, they never did. By this time my voucher had ran out and was no longer redeemable. They appear to have a tendency to do this looking at what other people have said in their facebook comments- so im confused at the number of positive reviews they have. So unprofessional. They clearly sell these packages and do not allow people to make the appointment to receive the service, therefore still getting paid whilst doing no work at all.

Tried for months to get an apt. Not once has any of my phone calls been answered! Is this place even open?

Bought a Groupon for a treatment that seemed incredible value, phoned up once a day for best part of a week, calls declined, tried to contact through Google and they disabled the live chat feature, so I headed down in person in their opening hours and all the shutters were down. Not convinced this business is operating any more. Groupon are thankfully now processing my refund, and I've learnt my lesson that if something seems too good to be true, it probably is!
