I could not recommend this firm for property transactions. Bitterly disappointed with the service from one of the partners of this firm.

Major issues 4 years down the line because of incorrect advise in conveyancing. Now totally disinterested and complaints procedures are a joke. Currently looking at a negligence claim against them. My advise is go elsewhere.

Wish i had read the reviews before asking these solicitors for what seemed like straight forward advice! There policy for complaints is obviously to just ignore the issue as ive sent 4 emails with zero response. We had to ask an independent solicitor (Freers Askew Bunting) from the ones we were using to witness and advise on our mortgage deal and when we asked Mick Dixon how much it would cost his reply was probably not much Yes I should have confirmed the price before proceeding but he made no attempt to let is know the cost or ask if we agreed. We were obviously surprised to be given a bill for 360. Poor communication, lack of professionalism and felt like a lot of waste of time from this company. PLEASE AVOID!
