Was passed to IHI through my local council in regards to a new heating installation. Cannot commend there professionality and efficiency enough. After a through yet friendly assessment, the associates communicated with the professionals to get the installation completed in a very quick fashion. Follow up phonecall were given on numerous occasions, just to check in. Many thanks to Lewis, Laurence and the rest of the team.

An outstanding company and very professional staff. Received a call to offer free boiler and interior wall insulation, which initially you think is too good to be true. A few months later I now have a full complete Combi Boiler + Radiators and system all installed by IHI via a grant, no cost to myself. Also, complete interior wall insulation, including plastering, again no cost, via a grant. I would highly recommend IHI , not just because the services provided were from a grant, but mainly because of the professional staff employed, all so helpful, friendly and real professionals. I've already passed on their details to friends.

It appears that IHI LTD has a lot of positive comments here and lucky for me, IHI LTD was the company for our new free heating and insulation that was put in my house. The company was not pushy in the slightest, good bunch of installers and the sales team that helped me was perfect, We would certainly recommend IHI LTD because of our experience with every member of there staff always looking to help. A perfect company with honest people - couldn't ask for more.
