Beyond Housing

Absolutely disgusted with beyond housing. Daughter had a leak that went through the bathroom into the kitchen shes had no kitchen light for about 4 weeks a gap in the front door and the seals have gone on the window. So yes having to cook for her and her just gone 2 year old son basically in the dark or by the light from the tiny kitchen window. To top it off today her oven caught fire if fire brigade had got there when they did the kitchen would have gone. My daughter has been trying to phone beyond housing since this happened earlier today and only got an aswer machine. Even the fire brigade told her she needs an election to sort her kitchen. So now her son cant stay in the house because it stinks of smoke cant put heating on because of the windows and door it just takes it all out. Oh and to top it off she also 8 weeks pregnant. Absolutely disgusting the excuse she gets it its covid. Not good enough at all you have enough employees who are not ferloughed to sort your jobs

They seem to be all show and no glitz. Fobbing people off and unable to keep general maintenance and estates nice places to live, despite having a dedicated team for that and charging tenants in the rent. About time there were some changes in senior management.
