Absolutely appalling - avoid at all costs. Rather than being of help, our experience of this place was that they caused much damage on top of the needs that they were meant to be helping, and were of no benefit whatsoever. Undertrained, self-interested, inconsiderate to the patients' needs and dangerously sloppy in their working practices. They also withheld feedback forms, so please don't believe their shining scores in reception - only those few people with a positive experience get the opportunity to provide feedback. Do whatever you can to find alternative help to this absolutely awful facility.

An absolute joke of a service. I've been waiting for a call back for three weeks now! Purposely not phoning back and just waiting until my sons next appointment so I can see their faces when they realise this person has a clue what they're talking about and wont be fobbed off. If you ever need to contact someone from here they're always either in a meeting, off or on the sick. More like cant be bothered. Yes I know the service is severely underfunded but getting people in who actually want to do their may help. You cant blame under funding on not calling people back.

i would absolutely recommend this facility if everyone was treated by angela .all of the people. i know who've seen angela have came out better than they came in she's an actual angel in eating disorder treatment she's not scared anyone about adult treatment or made anyone feel like their illness was untreatable like other members of staff. my issues only improved when i started seeing angela and me and my friends are forever grateful for that

The male nurse who took my child's blood at an appointment asked if he was a hairy boy and said he smelled nice, not the type of question you ask a 14 year old
