Kevin Liddle building services was recommended to us as a local builder who could work with us and our architect, to achieve our objectives throughout the build of our garden room, as well as the reconfiguration and modernisation of our dated bungalow. Kevin spent time with us ensuring our understanding of the architect plans and timescales agreed, whilst not being afraid to offer alternatives which we may not have otherwise considered. Being a local builder Kevin was able to recommend a roofer when it was discovered we had to replace the roof tiles, fascias, soffits and gutters. This was done quickly and effectively with Kevins help. Kevin is an extremely friendly and likeable character, who heads the family business with humour and respect to others. Kevin is the consummate professional whose years of experience ensures any task is completed to the highest standard. He enjoys a close knit team of men who work to the same high standard, knowing Kevin would accept no less. They retained their sense of humour throughout the build, and managed to tolerate my questions even when they were somewhat naive! They remained patient and polite. Our beautiful garden room was completed on time, and within budget. I would highly commend Kevin Liddle building services to anyone considering a major extensions, or reconfiguration of their home.
