        First class for attention to patient and commitment to getting it right. These people saved my life in December 2022 and I have nothing but praise for their efforts in dealing with the patient from hell. I cannot rate this hospital and its staff highly enough.

        Had an occasion to visit the A & E at James Cook hospital recently and couldnt have had better treatment from the receptionist booking me in right through to seeing a doctor who was amazing. Nursing staff were excellent. Thank you all @ James Cook

        My mother was left in a and e for 12 hours after they told her she couldn't leave because it was a risk and something may happen.she was able to get a bed at 3 am in the morning however no one had updated her file so the nurses had no idea what was wrong with her so she was discharged within 24 hours and there was no clear visiting times and when she was told she had a scan at 10 am,they had no idea
