        I ordered a large sheaf for a funeral and instead of being delivered to the funeral director it was sent to me and is not in my view large. The small one must be minute. No answer on the phone absolutely not recommend.

        I have sent lots of floral arrangements for various occasions online, this has been the worst experience. Had to give one star but would rate as minus a star. Disappointing presentation of funeral flower sheaf in a brown square cardboard box - looked like a parcel from Amazon had been delivered. I had to chase them up as no confirmation email, the customer service email reply was argumentative verging on confrontational and derogatory. Overall, bitterly disappointed and embarrassed for what had my name attached to it, and it wasn't cheap.
