Eston Fish Bar

Before I go into this review, just note I choose to come here because my normal order from here is actually cooked quite well. However, if that was my only thought of this place, the rating would be higher. My main issue with this place is the customer service. Upon walking in, Im usually greeted by a disgruntled look that is effectively saying Im not welcome. Then not to mention, no smiles or any enthusiasm in the voice at all. And for the most annoy one, the arguing. If I say the order is wrong, Im not saying it to offend or annoy you. Im saying it because I know what I ordered. You can do better, guys. If you dont enjoy your business, why work in it?

Ordered via Just Eat.Was not delivered.When queried they insisted it was delivered to a gentleman who answered the door. There are no makes currently resident here so obviously they have delivered to the incorrect address or not at all. Didnt even try to apologise. Will not be using them again.

Would not go here again, the fish was so over cooked none of us could eat it, thick hard batter, The chips were ok

If I could put zero I would Fish was cold on arrival The order was incorrect and when calling to explain it was wrong was argued against that it was the correct order when I know it wasn't as I ordered Curry sauce not garlic. Will not order again and advise staff get some Training in customer service skills

Arrived quick and was hot on arrival and tasted lovely however couldnt finish it as found a dark hair in my fish ....and with me having bright red hair i no it wasnt mine all ended up in bin
