BM Bi Folding Doors

Doors are fine. Spent 6k on bifolds and windows. Some corner cutting when fitting . Large gaps meaning lots of sealant used. Unfortunately customer service is the worst I have ever experienced from any buisness. Nobody returns emails or calls. Mixed bag with this company!?

Absolutely shocking service. Will never use again, terrible product knowledge by the people pricing jobs, worst after sales Ive ever had. Ordered bifolds and sliding doors for a job I was doing for a customer. Immediately after fitting the sliding doors had issues, I sticking point that made them really heavy to open, this still has not been fixed. The doors are black aluminium with a black aluminium corner, however a black pvc wood grain trim was used to hide the join between the doors and the corner, when I complained they said this was just usual practice and they werent going to do anything. After some more complaining they eventually changed it for an aluminium trim The bifold doors have dropped quite considerably since they were installed so I emailed their after sales department to get someone out to fix them. I was sent an email saying they were to busy to come along with some instructions on how to fix them myself. Absolutely terrible service and a bang average product for the same money as their competitors. My advice, avoid at all costs
