Great communication when the product was to be delivered. My only issue was that the roll of underlay was missing off the pallet. The driver came back a day later with it as it had came off in transit on his van.

Good service. Ordered on line which was fairly straight forward. It span out for a while which I dont know if it was my reception or the website speed. I refreshed and then it had taken payment. My order confirmation came through not long after. The arranging of Delivery occurred 4 days later which I selected a day for when I came back from holiday

Really pleased in the end. Although there was a lengthy wait on the doors i ordered it was well worth it. I was informed of this but Id spent long enough looking around and everyone was out of stock. Sethcodoorstore did me a pre order deal. I couldnt fall off with that. Delivery booked in a week before which was ideal so I could shift a few things around with work. Will be back for the next project. Hopefully not as long a wait this time but Ill check in advance
