My dog died as a result of being left in a hot van by this branch of pet pals, Betty was a two year old healthy dog and was left unsupervised in a van while it had no air flow (as the van was not running) I would be happy to publicize the vets report publicly?!

Email sent contradicting what we had seen. On one occasion didnt even speak to our cat !
We terminated our contract after three says due to severe concerns over the care and attention of our cat.
Never would I use Petpals and reported to rspca
